Meet Allie

Allie Kolker has lived in the Chicagoland area all her life. Growing up in Wheaton and living in Chicago for almost a decade, Allie has a strong connection to the area. She brings with her solid interpersonal skills and negotiating strategies.

Allie has backgrounds in therapy and sales, both fields have encouraged relationship building, critical thinking, and a passion for working with people. Those who have worked with Allie describe her as detail-oriented, organized, and a great communicator.

Helping people find their forever homes brings great joy to Allie! Whether you are a first-time homebuyer or seasoned in the industry, she looks forward to helping you navigate the home search.

On a personal level, Allie lives in the Wicker Park neighborhood with her husband, son, and golden retriever. She loves running on the trails in the city, reading, and trying Chicago's newest restaurants. Allie has volunteered for CASA of Cook and DuPage counties and is dedicated to helping children and adolescents.
