Meet Kim
As a Chicagoland resident, raised in Naperville and now residing in Chicago for almost a decade, Kim is knowledgeable and passionate when it comes to Chicago and its real estate market.
An alumna from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Kim has a keen sense and understanding of finances. Prior to beginning her career in real estate, Kim spent six years within the accounting and finance industry. Kim understands the importance of time management, attention to detail and prioritization, all skills that are essential in the real estate transaction process.
Kim takes great pride in being an excellent communicator, always ensuring her clients feel supported and comfortable throughout all phases of a transaction. In 2022, Kim was nominated for "Rookie of the Year - City", honorably representing her Brokerage, Compass, in the Chicago Agent Magazine Agent's Choice Awards.
More personally, Kim resides in Lakeview, with her husband Griffen, their Bernese Mountain Dog, Wrigley and their cat, Simba! Outside of work, Kim enjoys exploring the various restaurants and attractions the city has to offer and spending time with family and friends. With a deep passion for animal welfare, Kim appreciates her time spent volunteering at PAWS Chicago and assisting in driving forward their mission of redefining animal welfare standards.
